Angels Tuna Burger
- 120g tonnikalan viipaleita (suomennettu lukijan toiveesta)
- 1 garlic clove
- fresh ginger
- salt & pepper
- pinch of mint
- dash of balsamico
- juice from ½ lime
- sugar
- fresh basil leafs
- breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Cheddar cheese
- tomato slices
- red onion slices
- fresh lettuce
- Caeser -sauce
- Poppamies mild Carambola -sauce
Chop down garlic and ginger, mix with tuna slices in a bowl. Add sea salt, black pepper, mint & sugar and chopped Basil. Dash some balsamico, lime juice & Carambola -sauce – mix well. If needed add 1 egg & breadcrumbs at the end. Make one nice burger on greaseproof paper and pop into freeze for 1 hour. Heat the grill and cook to nice & crispy. At the end, place cheddar over the burger and let it melt. Serve with fresh salad, red onion, tomato slices and Caeser -sauce.

Devils Tuna Burger

- fresh ginger
- salt & pepper
- dash of balsamico
- juice from ½ lime
- fresh basil leafs
- breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Cheddar cheese
- tomato slices
- red onion slices
- fresh lettuce
- Caeser -sauce
- Poppamies Savunaga
Chop down Basil, garlic and ginger. Chop Habanero and mix with tuna slices in a bowl. Add sea salt, black pepper, chopped garlic and ginger. Dash some balsamico, lime juice & Savunaga -sauce – mix well. If needed add 1 egg & breadcrumbs at the end. Make one nice burger on greaseproof paper and pop into freeze for 1 hour. Tuna burgers should made from fresh or frozen fillet, now we had to go canned way. When grilling the burger. cooking will shoften the heat level on Habanero & sauce.
